The website www.hbgrip.com is a website exclusively owned by HB GRIP SRL. Accessing this website or any part of it implies your tacit agreement with the following terms and conditions. The user agreement and the order produce legal effects between you and hbgrip.com. Acceptance is considered tacit and unreserved.
We reserve the right to make changes to the content, form, location, prices, products, without the need to notify the Customers/Visitors about them in advance. These clauses do not apply to internet pages that are referred to or referred to in the hbgrip.com site, and hbgrip.com is not responsible for the content of these sites belonging to third parties. The presentation of internet links belonging to others can be done for informational or advertising purposes. hbgrip.com is a site intended to present our products, as well as to facilitate their sale electronically or through telephone orders.
hbgrip.com reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notification to the people who use this site, the changes entering into force from the moment of their publication on the site.
It is the obligation of Customers and Visitors to periodically check the clauses contained in these terms and conditions.
TERMS OF USE OF THE SITE www.hbgrip.com
1. PLACING THE ORDER
Orders can be placed online.
a) Online orders: Any interested person can place an order by completing the order form in the special section in this regard. This method is preferable because the products and the quantity are identified clearly and safely, and you have permanent access to making such an order, the program for placing them being NON-STOP. The registration of each person will be done using concrete, correct and valid data, completing all the requested fields. In the event that the billing address is different from the delivery address, this will be expressly mentioned. Our virtual store uses a shopping cart. The customer is asked to carefully check the products and quantities displayed in the basket, they represent the final order. After verification, the Customer must press the “Complete Order” button.
2. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing the order online, an e-mail confirming its placement will be sent to the e-mail address indicated by the customer. During working hours, the client will be contacted by phone or SMS for confirmation. Products will be shipped only after telephone/sms confirmation.
Customers who do not respond after 3 contact attempts will have their order automatically cancelled. The term of delivery of the products is calculated starting with the moment of receipt of the confirmation e-mail by the Customer to his address.
3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
hbgrip.com can publish on the website information about products, services and/or promotions practiced by it or by any other third party with which hbgrip.com has concluded partnership contracts, during a certain period and within the limit of available stock.
The invoicing of the purchased products is done exclusively in RON. If the payment is made by bank card, hbgrip.com will debit the Customer’s current account with the amounts representing the value of the ordered products, after sending the order confirmation to the latter.
4. TRANSPORT
The delivery of the purchased products/services to the Customer is carried out by means of a fast courier company (third party company). Deliveries will be made, on average, in 2-10 working days from the moment the order is confirmed. Shipping costs are not covered by hbgrip.com
5. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN OF PRODUCTS
We want our products to fully satisfy your quality requirements. If you are not satisfied with the purchased products, you can contact us for a return within 14 days and we will refund the value of the products you paid for.
Romanian legislation provides: “The consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 working days, without penalties and without citing any reason.” The only costs that can be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products. The 14-day period provided for the exercise of this right begins to run for the products, from the date of their receipt by the consumer.” (Government Ordinance no. 130/2000).
Our customers can return the purchased products, in the original packaging, within 14 working days of receipt, without penalties and without invoking any reason, announcing this return in advance, only in writing, at the e-mail address (office@hbgrip.com), mentioning the date of the order and the name under which the initial order was made.
The return of the products will be done at the customer’s expense. Products returned by parcel service will
